Our Leadership Team
Our new Leadership Team for 2025 (with one vacancy still to be filled) is also the nucleus of our Ministry Team. However, we do encourage EVERY member of our church family to grow in the gifts of Holy Spirit so that we can share responsibility for all the various ministry tasks together.
(Left to right: Chris Holland, Gill Tanner and Grace Ologhoejebi).
Gill founded The Way with her late husband, Gordon. She loves feeding her children and grandchildren, walking in wild, unspoilt places and watching raptors soar across the skies. Her passions are teaching God’s Word and intercession. She believes in healing and deliverance and she has experienced the great joy of seeing Jesus set people free. Gill has also recently become one of our Trustees.
Chris joined The Way in 2012 and has felt led to develop the ministry to women of the fellowship. She leads the monthly Flamin’ Ladies group, and has organised several retreats at Quiet Waters in Bungay. She enjoys craft and reading in her spare time as well as the occasional bicycle ride with her husband, Phil, a keen photographer.
Chris “retired” and stepped down from 28th February 2026
Grace joined The Way as a young adult looking for some answers to a difficult period in my life. A number of years later, having returned to The Way, she is married with four children and has taken on this leadership role. She enjoys singing, reading about what Jesus is doing in others lives, being part of the Intercession prayer group and spending time with her wonderful family. As a mother of four she knows the importance of solid foundations for children to give them stability and is grateful for them all being part of this loving church family.
